Happy Birthday Kenzie

The work was on - having finished the snack box day3 and delivered them; i continued making this birthday cake for my best friend in college, for her son's 1st Birthday.

She requested cake with Thomas and Friend's theme. So the edible image was the perfect way to meet her request due to my condition.

Day 3 was Baked Macaroni with barbecue sauce and Choux Pastry

Snack Box - Day 2

Day 2 was Egg Roll and Steamed Brownies with various flavor; lemon, pandan, strawberry, mocha, topped with cheddar cheese.

Snack Box - Day 1

Last week was lethargic days for me; i got big order from my sister to support their Annual Chinese Competition held by Chinese Language of D3 UI; for three days.

Each day i had to cater them 250 boxes of snack; of two cakes.

Day 1 was cupcakes. So i made Brownies Cupcakes with ganache on them and Japanese Cheese Cupcake with garnish on them.


The response i got was they were satisfied. Thank you so much!
