Week End Desert

This week end, i made chocolate mocha layered pudding. Actually, the pudding is from two distinctive recipes which then i combined for the rich taste. And it does as my hubby said "it,s perfect my wife"...hehehe (hwaaaa ada maunya tuh si papih)

The smell of blending milk, coffee and mocha paste is truly tempting!

Happy 6th Birthday Dinda

It's a pinky birthday cake...

on top; it's covered with princess edible image and touched up with the grass tip...the rest is covered with star tip

I like using grass tip, since it is easy to use and consume no much time to cover the cake...(hihi...lazy girl)

The cake was ready to deliver...to Serpong....(hmmm, its very far from my home)

Almond Cheese Cotton Cake

This is the last week end project. Since the recipe was posted in one of culinary magazine and every one in mailing list talked about this, i was triggered to conquer this cake....

Why it is named cotton cake? 'coz its texture as soft as cotton

Well, overall i mark this cake 8...but i think it could be more perfect...there is a little accident with the pan...i found a small leakage on the bottom, it means i should buy the new one for the perfect result...

Anyway, i've tried it...and no longer curious...

The project was order by Mba Lia in Binus University. She ordered 260 Amris, 220 Muffin Tape, 40 Brownies cupcake and 40 E'clair...
