Almond Cheese Cotton Cake


This is the last week end project. Since the recipe was posted in one of culinary magazine and every one in mailing list talked about this, i was triggered to conquer this cake....

Why it is named cotton cake? 'coz its texture as soft as cotton

Well, overall i mark this cake 8...but i think it could be more perfect...there is a little accident with the pan...i found a small leakage on the bottom, it means i should buy the new one for the perfect result...

Anyway, i've tried it...and no longer curious...
