tHe Sweety Black


I known this cake, was from my mother and had no appetite to try it though. Why? because of its dark color. I do like 'ketan item' porridge, but it turns to be a cake is a new thing for me. Then, one time i tried it...hmm, not bad...just not so familiar though. It has strong and heavy taste since the ingredient purely 'ketan item' flour; it doesn't combine with other flour.

Though i just 'like' it; a slice is enough, but i love making it. These ones are special order by my husband for snack of Thursday's futsal.
